Booked two rooms and stayed here back in August 2023. Rooms were clean and nice, but one was a bit cramped. However, one of the rooms was spacious (a different layout) even though we booked two of the same kind. Wasn't really an issue for us as we just wanted a place to sleep. Location is fantastic and great hospitality.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Great location. The concept suits my travel needs perfectly. I appreciate the simple room with a focus on sustainability. The rooms are small but my double was fine for one person (12m2). Seems recently renovated - very clean with nice bathroom. I appreciated the minimal furniture to save floor space - storage under the bed and simple chest of drawers, hooks above and smal desk/stool. Also appreciated the bathrobe, good lighting, excellent a/c (lovely cool room at night!) and the lovely library room for guests (which I used every day). I didn’t eat breakfast or use the sauna/gym - maybe next time. Service was excellent. After check out I came back later and was able to use the library. They even found me a plug so I could charge my phone. Only complaint was that my room (#110) has only one window out onto an ugly air shaft. Next time I would pay a bit Mor if necessary to upgrade to a room with a view. But for the price ((£400 for three nights in high season) I’m very happy with the accommodation and would stay again.

We stayed in the sister hotel in Queen's Gardens a couple of years ago. It was excellent. Very clean, peaceful, attractive. I have now booked for July at the Southwick Street location. We are looking forward to it. A great location for Paddington Station and Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. I love London!

Not really worth the price. Bad smell in the rooms. Only 5 hangers and no hooks for the clothes (in rainy London it would be useful), really hard pillows and hard mattress. Couldn’t get a drink at the bar because they had a privat event. The location is nice though. Close to Mayfair and the tube. The library is very tasteful but you have to stay very quiet there.

A perfect location a stones throw from Paddington, but quiet at night. Room was perfect, we booked the bigger room and it was just perfect, but those with big cases and lots of stuff might still find it small. Staff were great and we slept really well. Excellent air conditioning

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
