Perfect location. Great value for money. I recommend getting a bigger room than the standard one. Breakfast was included, and it is very good. Check-in is at 4pm. It can be a little bit inconvenient. However, if the room is ready earlier, you can get the room earlier. Staff is friendly and kind. I loved the bathroom and the toilet. It is brand new and very fancy!

Excellent location to shop for low to mid range goods. Lots of restaurants everywhere. Busy area. Surprisingly noise level in the hotel is low and quiet. My room was clean and comfortable, Room deco is a bit retro. Modern toilet with electronically operated washer. But not sure if all rooms are equipped as such.

Hotel is located very close to the heart of Ximending, only a 5 mins walk from Ximen station and a 15-20 min walk to Taipei main station which comes in handy when catching the HSR or Airport Express. 7/11 couple of stores down from the hotel. Upon check in, staff were thorough and pleasant, enduring our stay was enjoyable and going through the necessary information. Breakfast was good, nothing to write home about. The rooms were clean and modern, though it bit on the dark side. 24hr staff on standy who helped us out with our 5am checkout and helped moved out bags out at 5am. Would reccomend this hotel for your stay in Ximending and Taipei.

Rooms are comfortable enough and nicely decorated. The location is perfect - cool area of town with lots of restaurants. The real reason for this five star review is for the lovely gentleman at the front desk. I was asking if the hotel had a way to print our visas for the next destination. He didn’t speak English well, but was patient with me while I figured out a way to translate. Then went out of his way to help me. The whole interaction left me with a smile. Thank you, sir.

Good location, but rooms are rather on the small and dark side. Very clean though The Chinese breakfast is basic. But if location is key this hotel works well for a stay in vivid Ximen.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
