To be an older place to stay, it was well kept. Very convenient for our trip. It was walking distance from the Mercedes Benz Stadium. Breakfast was very good and the staff are very nice. One thing I really appreciate is their customer service. From the moment walking in we were pleased with how they took care of us. I left my wallet in the hotel and called up there to see if they found it. They were able to keep it safe until I was able to get a shipping label to them. It was a quick turn around and i greatly appreciate them helping me out.

Staff is excellent! Rooms are small and outdated, but, you're downtown. No variety at breakfast same stuff everyday. The breakfast staff is friendly and get to know you quickly. Staff behind front desk is stellar. I spend many nights a year in hotels, the staff at this hotel impressed me more than any hotel in 2023. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

This is an older hotel. But it was clean, the staff was very helpful and I enjoyed the amenities. Despite the heat, I found the courtyard a great place to hang out with friends. And at night, it was quiet. During my stay, I never had any worries or concerns.

I just rented this room, along with several others for a conference In Atlanta. 3 out of the 7 rooms I rented, have some sort of nasty stains on the beds. I went down to the lobby and they said they couldn’t help and had no clean sheets available. This is truly disgusting and unacceptable. How in the world this place gets 4 and 5 star reviews is mind boggling after seeing this. The reviews and pictures online are extremely false. Don’t waste your money here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
