I stayed here for 2 nights. I’m a local but was just looking to get away for a few days. The service was amazing and the apartment was way above my expectations, it had everything I needed. Unfortunately I wound up in ICU when I was staying there and left my phone and other belongings, couldn’t check out etc, but my friend was able to sort that out and get the keys back and the lovely staff had bagged all my things for me and gave them to her. Thank you so much for that! I would happily recommend this place as a local and would happily stay again.

I recommend it ! Good value for money. Hotel apartment very well located in the city center. Cozy, spacious, well-equipped and relatively clean apartments. Free secure covered parking for guests. Helpful and accommodating owners/managers.

My wife and I have stayed in Cairns countless times in many different types of accommodation. We come for the tropical experience and the vibrant atmosphere that Cairns always provide. In recent years we have stayed at Inn Cairns. It is no 5 star resort and doesn't pretend to be but it is clean, friendly and with a brilliant location in the CBD. A short walk basically to anywhere! The boardwalk, the lagoon pool, Cairns Central shopping mall, the famous Rusty's Market, restaurants, the Night Markets and the wharves where the boats depart to the Barrier Reef. Woolworth is literally straight across the road. Rooms are a little dated but a programme is apparently in place to upgrade rooms and public areas including the pool. We didn't come to Cairns to stay in our room so for us it is more than adequate. Management bent over backwards while we were here - nothing too much trouble. A truly value for money hotel in a great location.

We had a 1 bedroom unit. It had most of what you needed. Microwave is under the bench making it difficult to use. Drawback for elderly is that the shower is over a bath. When booking photos on website showed a decent fridge but it only had a small bar fridge. The complex is in need of a major clean and upgrade. Our view of the pool showed it needed a good clean. Position was very good with a shopping centre across the road. It had a firm bed and very soft pillows - no support.

The building is tired and could be better presented. Things like the grubby lounge in the foyer, or the rugged palms etc in the roof 'garden' are tacky and need to be upgraded. Our apartment was basic at best. Nothing much had been done to modernise it, but it was clean and comfortable enough. Things that irritated were a broken wardrobe door, missing remote for the bedroom TV. There was also no phone in the room, so contact with reception was via the elevator. I'm pretty sure the absence of a phone is contrary to regulations. The pool had peeling, compromised lining, and lacked the character of a few pot plants or landscaping. It was most uninviting. I understand that these apartments are individually owned, and equipped by the owners, and in a managed pool. That would explain why both televisions were cheapo brand, and that the pots and pans were also thoughtlessly supplied; why put a 10 litre soup pot in a short stay apartment? Or a frypan so small it would only accommodate one lamb shoulder chop. It belies the cynical spirit of the owner. " "Just throw in a bit of cooking stuff, no matter how useless"......then it can be advertised as having a full kitchen....not quite. However, we were reasonably comfortable once we turned of the noisy aircon. Not fixing the rumbling motor could be a ploy by the parsimoneous owner so guests would not use the aircon, and keep the electricity cost down. We'd go back here at a pinch, but surely there are other places in Cairns that reflect pride of ownership and management. It must be said that the bloke from Chile who manned the front desk, was the best thing about the place. He was diligent, personable, and polite; ready to help when he could, with nothing too much trouble for him.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
