        FYI the place operates more like guest house with house cleaning rather than a hotel. Not a problem for us. The room was great. Nice mini fridge to keep items cold. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure. There was a table and two chairs where we can sit by the large open window after a long day. There's a small elevator onsite which helps with heavy luggage to the first floor. Our double bedroom faced the internal courtyard which was quiet. There are some room that face the street so I would inquire about your specific room in case you are a light sleeper. There was an oven in our room that wasn't hooked up and didn't work. The air conditioning worked well which was good for the warm weather in early October. The location was great. It is a tourist like area with a lot of stores and restaurants. We liked the central region because we had tours booked at the Vatican, Trastevere neighbourhood, and the Colosseum so we were never too far from anything. Rome's ATAC public transportation is pretty good so there a buses that go by the Inn all the time and can get you anywhere if you use google maps. Be sure to get a 24 h ATAC pass if using public transportation because we didn't and were nailed by the police with a 75 euro fine. We kept in touch the work Gabriele with any questions or issues we had via Whatsapp which was great. Lack of microwave but this was never included in the description so it is only a suggestion. Since COVID, the complimentary breakfast discontinued.

        We had a reservation via booking and unfortunately at last we had to cancel due to sickness. They did not refund us because of their policy "understandable". Then they promised us to have a refund only in case our room were sold again. And this is what happened, our room were sold as I saw in all booking sites and they are keep saying us that unfortunately they did not sold the rooms. Very unfair to make profit double times.

        Do not stay here. The way that the property manager, Gabriele, treated us as customers was completely unprofessional and rude. We let the property know that we would be checking in late weeks in advance, specifically over 5 weeks in advance. They said it would be okay and we could organize a self check-in. We arrived at 10pm and picked up the keys from a bar across the street. Turns out that Rome Inn Rooms forgot to give us the correct key to enter the hallway that would allow us to enter our room. We called the phone number that was given to us over 5 times and no response. An hour later at approximately 11pm, while we were on the phone with Expedia for over 40 minutes, Gabriele arrived and attempted to let us in while acknowledging that we were not given the correct keys. Once he arrived he himself didn’t have the right keys so we had to wait another 30 minutes for us to be let in the room; from 10pm to 11:30pm we were stuck in a country that was completely foreign to us at night with no place to stay. Upon checking out, we got Gabriele to acknowledge that it was their mistake that the proper key was not given to us upon arrival, however they did absolutely nothing to compensate us or try to help us out at all. If you want to be treated like dirt by the staff that work here, stay here. If you want to not have to worry about not having a place to sleep as a tourist, go elsewhere. Save your stress, save your time, and save your money. If the property owned up to their mistakes and attempted to treat us like people, I wouldn’t be writing this review, however they did 0 for us.

        DO NOT STAY HERE. Unsafe & unprofessional. The keys are left out 24/7 so residents can literally access any of the other rooms. We saw other residents actually playing around with the keys and trying different ones out at night. There’s only one employee and he arrives late and leaves early. Extremely limited hours. When we checked in, the employee Gabriele gave us the wrong keys and we ended up waiting for hours before he arrived with the correct one. It was nighttime and we were left without communication from the property, even after coordinating an evening check-in. Afterwards they acted like nothing was wrong and did not take any accountability. Makes me think that this is normal for them. It’s also not a hotel - just a few apartments in a building. Noisy and not a relaxing place to vacation. Some amenities in the room also didn’t work. I could maybe see taking the safety risks if the price were the same as hostel, but unless you want to be treated poorly don’t bother. We had so many amazing and pleasant stays at a variety of reasonably priced hotels all over Europe, but this one was by FAR the worst. I felt the need to post this review so that I could save others from having a similar bad experience. (I also have screenshots that verify these claims.)

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
