The noisiest hotel iv'e ever rented in my life. noises from outside, loude music at night and guests. I'm not a hard man to please but this is too much. The room is old. the location is good. there are much better option with similar price in Istanbul.

Every room is different, the room I was in had a wonderful of the water and it was really close to the square so you can feel the vibe. The energy is amazing in the area. It's also close to the airport bus to both airports and the staff was friendly. The room at some point is amazing but I stayed at a time when it's been heavily lived in. The room had a strong mildew smell, like an old moldy towel and it didn't dry. The room is soundproof but when the room smell bad, I had to open the window all night and with all the noises downstairs and I had to catch my flight the next day. Let's just say, I slept on the flight and not my room.

Location is key, but cleanliness was not there, and the sound of the club next door rocked the entire building. Really! They will charge you for the water bottle they provide in the room, and I asked for a power outlet to fit my devices I was told to buy one?

The hotel rooms are so dark (very limited lighting) and small. The water is charged for and the service is bad due to the stars specified. Also a very important point, the hotel has party almost every night and its very noisy and annoying. Only one good thing the location is very good as its in the heart of taksim square. Otherwise, better to book another hotel. disappointed.

Location is great at the heart of Taksim square, but weekend nights the club near the hotel is soo loud until 4 am!!! We couldn't sleep, everything was old it needs renovation, but it's fairly clean and neat and worth the price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
