Hotel was very pretty, clean and modern. Employees were nice and very helpful. Overall a great place to stay and lots of shops food and trains nearby. However we specifically put the “do not disturb” on the outside of our door and the reason for 4 stars is due to the housekeeping coming into our room 2 times, once while we were sleeping.

We really enjoyed our stay at INNSIDE! very nicely decorated hotel with friendly staff and offers a good breakfast! Additionally, i really liked some other cute details, such as the slippers, please check the photo i shared:) I tried Sauna, which was clean and empty.

Overall it's a nice place to stay at, I stayed for one night and so I can say the service at breakfast was really nice, the food was also nice with many variations. The rooms seemed nice and well kept, it's really a nice little place to stay at whennyou are travelling. The location is alright, I wouldn't say it's the best of all, since it does eventually lead to people having to walk a bit more, but that's just fine since there are still busses and etc. you can take to travel. All in all I can say it is a nice place to stay at.

Great room, great breakfast and good service. I ate dinner in the restaurant twice. One time I had the burger and the day after I had the wienerschnitzel. Both were terrible. Renting a normal bike was 18 euro for a day, which I thought were a bit expensive, but I have no reference. Last time I was in Berlin on vacation it was just free for hotel guests. So I would recommend the hotel, but go out on the town for dinner :)

I stayed only for 1 night but enough to enjoy a good breakfast, nice lobby/bar area, fast check in and fancy and quite rooms. Metro stop 1 minute walking from entrance. I would definitly stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
