This is a very nice, simple, but clean hotel in a nice area. The restaurant and bar are great for breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening. Compliments to Pietro, Davide, and Basil for the wonderful bar atmosphere, delicious drinks, and gentile service. I would book again without any question! Thank you!

I stayed in room 421 in August 2023. This room is next to the elevators. It was just one night and it was for business, so I had the full next day fully booked with work. The elevators were so loud that I couldn’t sleep in the whole night. When I complained at the front desk, they told me that they were aware and that they normally try to avoid having customers in those rooms, but that in some cases, they have no other option that to use them. And so, if you know that it is impossible to sleep in those rooms next to the elevators, why are you charging full price or even using them at all? If I knew, I could have gone to another hotel.

My girlfriend booked at this hotel 1 month ago and in the beginning i was afraid that will not be a good experience. Everything was on top , service, room , breakfast i don’t t have words to describe how good we felt , we had this kind of feeling like we were at our home . I will not forget also to mention Kristian at the reception being in our service all the time and always helping whenever we ask him something 👌. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanky innside team 🌷🌷

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
