I stayed at this location for several days and was extremely happy with all aspects of my stay! The location is very central and we enjoyed being able to easily walk or metro anywhere we were going. The staff was also very kind each time we engaged. The room itself was so spacious, clean, and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Another unexpected perk: our minibar was filled with water and drinks each day free of charge - this was a lovely touch. The only thing I would note is that since the hotel is on Gran Vía, you do get a decent amount of noise later into the night. I’ve always lived in big cities and enjoy the ambient sounds of the city, but a lighter sleeper might think about asking for a room facing away from the Main Street. Overall, the hotel is very modern and clean and I would love to stay again upon my return to Madrid!

Pros: The room was very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room service was great. The breakfast is very good. The hotel location is also very convenient. There is a free bar in the room and they refill it every day free of charge. Check out was very easy. We received an email in advance, we checked out online and left the room keys in the room and left. Cons: Once we arrived to the hotel, the door person asked us to install an application on our phone and check in via the application. After about 15 minutes that we installed the application and checked in, he sent us to the reception for another check in... There was no coffee machine or kettle in the room. If we wanted coffee or tea, we had to go outside and buy one. There is no shower cap in the room. Make sure to bring one with yourself if you don't want to do your hair everyday.

Checkin and checkout was all automated and very easy!Beautiful views from the rooftop garden! Breakfast was very good ..The best part of our stay was the surprise organized by Ms Sandra from the Reception for our Son's birthday.they made it even more memorable with their surprise g Studio Room was very good and met our expectations! would definitely recommend as this place is best for seeing Madrid on foot !

Perfect location on gran via, very close to several emblematic points, making it easy to discover everything on foot. Our room was cozy, very clean and the breakfast was delicious, full of delicious things and with a lot of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

If you go to Madrid this is the best hotel you can stay in, breakfast amazing, rooms immaculate, location you can't get any better and staff lovely too. The street view is worth the extra and relaxed check in and check out times. We will be back and recommend to friends 👍🏼 rooftop bar is also quality!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
