Hello, all! I read the reviews and they are all true; however, for the location, friendliness, and accommodations, you cannot beat the price. The subway is close, two major markets are close. Even if you did not want to walk to the markets for the experience, the taxi is only $3.80 , $4 tops. Two bottles of water free everyday plus a filtered water cooler on each floor for refills or just for a fresh drink. Restaurants, GS 25 store, 7 eleven, Paris Baguette, plus many other favorite locations are 5 minutes or less. Overall, I will stay here again, no question.

The hotel was easy to book via the internet site. The price for a single room with twin beds I believe should have been a few dollars cheaper as it is an aged hotel. It is well maintained and clean but the rugs are showing their age. The air conditioning did not keep the room cool enough so most of the time we kept a window open. Only two waters of bottled water is provided for the first night after which you either provide your own or drink from a purified water dispenser located in the hallway. No coffee is provided in the room but if you want coffee there are small coffee shops very near as are pastries. You can pay an extra twelve thousand KRW for breakfast in the lobby breakfast room but you must book it before 8 PM every night. The wifi was weak at times but it served our needs well enough. The Korean eating and shopping market is convenient and gets rather busy at dusk. Good Korean foods and inexpensive compared to the other prominent tourist markets. The hotel is not far from the Seoul Station but the cab driver we chose had a difficult time finding it on his Navigation GPS. Google sites advised us to take a subway to a nearby exit but we found later on that lugging our luggage up many subway stairs would not have been easy. Cleaning service was good as well as front desk associates. All were friendly. It was adequate but in the future it would not be my first choice.

Great staff but amenities were very poor. tooth brush you have to bring your own or purchase at 2,000 won. No bathrooms mat. They have shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. Of course no body lotion. No USB port. I stayed at ambassador in Gangnam last month which is also a three star hotel, but the hotel was perfectly equipped and much nicer. Crown in Insadong is definitely no more than a two star hotel. The bed wasnt actually that bad though.

Excellent location if you want to visit all the historic places in Seoul. The customer service staff were very attentive and helpfu, they provide you maps of the neighbor and help you with everything. By far, a great hotel with excellent rate per night.

Good location, price is also acceptable and staff is friendly and helpful, and parking is great, Rooms are ok, a bit too warm and the AC isn't blowing any cold air...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
