Overall good value for money. No frills Hotel. Location is convenient if you want to travel from Ostbahnhof station as it's right in the station (but really quite too)

I am a Gold Member in their chain group and I booked a room with 2 adults + a kid to Intercity Hotel Ostbahnhof Berlin with a sofa bed. When I arrive the hotel at 20:00 the sofa bed was not ready in the room. There were not even pillow and sheets for the bed. I called reception to ask for a help but the answer was sorry I was alona in the hotel so no chance. You have to wait until 22.30 because my colleague will come up at that time. Then I asked for sheets and pillow and I did the sofa bed my self. I asked for still water and the answer was still same. Sorry I was alone and cannot get it from the storage. Furthermore I am writing this complain from Hotel lobby because they do not have a proper internet in their rooms as well.I always prefer to stay in your Deutsche hospitaly group hotels mostly in Steingenberger but this would be the last one if this unacceptable attitude of the hotel not going to change. I strongly request an apology and a make up for this terrible experience in Intercity Hotel Berlin. I will for sure never prefer this hotel again. I am strongly expecting a hear from responsible person.

I have a totally bad impression of this hotel as there was a fire alarm ringing twice, right when I was going to check in and all guests were obliged to leave the rooms and wait outside. My check in was postponed due to that. There was no fire in the end but a technical issue the hotel has with their fire detectors. And the guests should not be affected because of that or at least the hotel should have offered a free drink to compensate that but they did not. Also I was not explained at all what was going on and had to guess in the end, a receptionist just stood in front of the entrance without letting anyone in and saying nothing. This is BAD service to leave your guests on your own. I would not be back here due to their bad organisation during such technical issues.

Completely okay for the price, but the rooms had no air conditioning and the bed was hard. The service was okay, but not the best. The location though was top, right by the train station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
