Stayed there for one night before a very early flight on the next day. Price value ratio is very good considering the location of the hotel. I mean nothing impressive to expect but a very solid hotel for staying before or after a vacation. Keep in mind that the Shuttle bus is not operating during the night. First shuttle is at 5a.m. which is too late for an international flight starting at 6:30. But reception took care for a taxi, which was 20 euro. Rooms have been solid with a comfy bed. Staff at the reception was average friendly to us. Underwhelming was as an old women asked for help getting her luggage to the room, while getting a 'no sorry this is not my responsibility' answer from the reception. Actually we helped her with this, but this is unacceptable. Very positive to mention is the staff in the restaurant. They raised the bar again.

Comfortable if a bit bland. Relatively close to the airport. The staff are very friendly. The food is extremely generic. The hotel bar is decent, if overpriced. Close to the airport so it's convenient if flying.

We stayed for 1 night but I can say definitely perfect service, from check in to the ur check out great service. Super fast check in, super comfortable rooms , bed was so comfortable , room was so clean. Restaurant and bar options. Pick up drop service to the airport everything on the time. Definitely recommend 👌 friendly staff.

We were given a free room at the hotel by Lufthansa because we missed our connecting flight. Though the experience of missing a flight is rarely pleasant, the stay at the hotel was really great! Free transportation to/from the airport, great buffet dinner and awesome buffet breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. PS we read on other rewiews that you only get one towel per person, but they must have improved that, because we got 2 towels each. Also since we didnt have any toiletries with us, so they also gave us free toothpaste and toothbrush. Super close to the airport (not good if you want to visit town, but if it's for an overnight stay to catch a plane, it's the best option!). Overall they turned the unfortunate experience of missing a plane, into a very pleasant stay. 5 stars!

Was put up here after a cancelled flight. The room was on the small side, was missing the TV remote, and WiFi was very slow. Didn't like that we were surrounded by freeways and didn't have access to any parks, food, or shopping without getting a taxi. But, the food in the restaurant was good, and it did the job of a forced layover.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
