Business twin room Pros 😀 Cannot complain anything much about this hotel. Good location next to the Central Railway station and Bus Station. 😀 Enough space for a comfortable stay/work, gives the feel as a modern hotel. 😀 Rooms were very clean and a complimentary water bottle was also provided. 😀 Good breakfast Cons 😐 Even though room booked was a Business room - No slipper, No toothbrush & toothpaste, No razor etc provided. Only very basic amenties exist in the room. (This is a 4-Star rated and Other hotels in same price range / category provided them) 😐 The area where the hotel is located felt a bit uncomfortable specially for families. Usual sight near any central station (not the fault of the hotel) We never had any issue - still.. 😐 No tea/coffee facilities in the room for a 4-Star rated quality hotel. 😐 Walks might be long if your rooms are at the end of a floor. 😐 Delayed check-out costs are high

I stayed at this hotel when it first opened and thought it was wonderful- staff, rooms, service. This time around it felt very different. At checkin the man couldn’t see my reservation, so he told me to book it myself online and then come back. When I asked him about the city pass, he said it’s only available to “high level members”. 2 of 4 elevators didn’t work. The quiet room I asked for faced the station and a tram went allllll night, thinking along. It was also very hot as the heat control only allowed for a 2 degree change. Bed was very hard. It was well located though and has a nice bar (which is why I gave it 4 stars), but the personal service was lacking.

We went there on 19-21/01/24 .We chose this hotel on purpose,opposite the hauptbahnhof in order to visit Frankfurt and Heidelberg We didn't expect to find this beautiful hotel,near the hauptbahnhof. Usually, the hotels nearby train stations are awful. Quick check in, check out,perfect breakfast, reception desk very polite and helpful. Excellent breakfast. I highly recommend it. Incredibly convenient location makes this an ideal hotel for business travel. Room was clean and well maintained. The hotel feels very new and is very good value for money

Perfect location, just a minute away from the train, station. The room is clean and nicely decorated. They have self checking machines, In house bar. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
