Stayed there 3 weeks and the hotel is great for the prices they request. The breakfasts and dinners staff is amazing! So professional, so kind and positive team. Norman and Jimmy (concierge), Nupun (housekeeping), Natasha (breakfasts) were so kind asking every day how am I and if I need any help even if something was not their duties, such a great people. Location is good, close to the malls and beaches.

While Oman typically caters to the luxury segment, IntercityHotel finds its niche with those looking for a practical stay, be it for a short business trip or a brief stopover. You can expect amenities like free parking, high-speed internet, and a fitness center. The rooms come with comforts like blackout curtains, air conditioning, and a coffee maker. The dining experience, with its good lunch buffet, may not dazzle amidst Muscat's culinary scene, but it satisfies a hungry traveler. While I continue to explore other dining options within the hotel for a comprehensive food review, the existing facilities and the excellent service make IntercityHotel a commendable choice for those seeking a straightforward, value-driven stay in Muscat.

The front desk at this hotel exceeded all expectations. Aliza's warmth and efficiency made check-in seamless. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Whether offering local insights or promptly addressing any inquiries, the front desk team demonstrated exceptional customer service. A standout experience that added to the overall enjoyment of my visit.

There is no bar in this hotel due to its location. The rooms and washroom are typical German hotel types. Room size was very small. The housekeeping was way below average for not keeping the washroom tidy, not refilling the bath gel (did upon request), and the quality of towels was quite bad. The swimming pool wasn't that great either. For business meetings, the conference room was quite good and ample of options for snacks. Breakfast options were good. Car parking available inside the basement for free of charge.

Stayed for two weeks on a business trip. Slight hickup with the airport pickup but it was quickly rectified. The rooms are not huge but always clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is more than adequate aa is the dinner buffet. The one thing that really sets this hotel apart is the friendliness & kindness of the staff. Norman is amazing, as is Jimmy. There are wonderful people in the restaurant who are genuinely nice. The only slight downside is the location. Apart from the small mall that is part of the hotel, you cannot realistically walk to any other shops or restaurants. However I am happy to stay again on the next trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
