However, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. The top-quality breakfasts were a highlight, and I also enjoyed the meals in general. The hotel's central location was very convenient, especially for my business needs. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others as a value for money choice.

I would like to take a moment and speak about Almaty Intercontinental hotel. I highly recommend this hotel as the #1 hotel in Almaty! I have visited this hotel 2 times now, staying 7-10 days each. I am absolutely blown away by the impeccable professionalism, service, and a sense of family at this hotel. On my first visit I met the general manager who personally welcomed me, the front office was accommodating and beyond helpful with any request (they even recognized me by name and offered a small gift as a valued IHG member), the breakfast staff were timely, kind, and passionate about ensuring the customer feels truly welcome. The business lounge on top is a true gem. If you get a moment I would recommend visiting the top floor and experiencing the service and kindness of the lounge. Finally, the remaining amenities at the hotel are first rate. The pool, gym, sauna, restaurants, and bar are always pristine and exquisite in all services!

Beautiful public amenities, excellent service and an impressive breakfast spread. The rooms are a little dated though. They could use a refresh and perhaps a bit of modern technology, like USB chargers or universal outlets. Also, be warned, this is one of those hotels where the moment you take your room key out of the special holder, all of the electric turns off, including the outlets where you might have plugged things in and left them to charge while you went to breakfast. Overall, I would recommend this place with the footnote that if you're looking for a more luxurious experience, you're probably better off of the Ritz-Carlton. But that one is of course more expensive... Of note, the local Rotary club meets here!

Bad service and a lot of excuses made by the staff. Checked into my room with a promise to have access to the Executive lounge, but the lounge was inaccessible for my entire stay. Used items in my room were not cleaned/replaced. Mini bar was locked during my entire stay. Food service took over an hour to be delivered.

Nice rooms and very helpful personnel. Had an issue with my room, and the managers (night and day) were very prompt in fixing it. The view of the city is great. But the service to the rooms can be uneven

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
