        Excellent location. Newly opened hotel. The reception team was very helpful and friendly and even facilitated an early checkin for us. Special mention to Amin from the concierge team who was very helpful right from the get-go and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall one of the best places to stay in Baku and one I would highly recommend.

        Honestly speaking, cozy place, humble and nice staff, strategic location. I did not have to time to check the facilities. I was spending the whole time in Baku. Highly recommended as you can access everything by walking from the hotel. They arrange airport transportation, they offer adapters and umbrellas for the guests. Also, they were very supportive whenever I needed support in restaurants reservation.

        Excellent location. Newly opened hotel. The reception team was very helpful and friendly and even facilitated an early checkin for us. Special mention to Amin from the concierge team who was very helpful right from the get-go and made sure we had everything we needed.         Mixed feeling about the hotel . Note that I’m a loyal IHG member since 2016 . The hotel is only 3 years old with 128 rooms . Breakfast is great and rooms are spacious. Staff were friendly to provide wheelchairs for both my parents . Here where things go negative and made take a decision of not staying here again or do my business here : Unlocked room yesterday after the housekeeping cleaned the room Shower was low pressure ( which I found out it’s done intentionally because the drainage was bad ( wired way to fix an issue ) House keeping didn’t clean the room and now it’s almost 4:45 pm And there is a huge trash bag out side my room !!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
