We stayed there for my husband’s eye surgery at the Cole Eye Institute. His surgery was done before check in time. The conceige was so kind and offered to let us check in early so my husband could rest! We greatly appreciated that! Everyone was exceptionally nice and professional. The hotel was beautiful, immaculately clean, comfortable and quiet! Thank you for an amazing stay!!!!

I had higher expectations from this hotel. It's like a fancy Holiday Inn, with room service. The decor is nice, but that's all it has going for it. Mediocre service. No spa and no pool. The only plus side is that it's connected to the hospital. Valet was almost non-existent. I stood in front of the valet desk for 3 minutes watching the staff on their phones. They didn't even acknowledge I was even there -- I decided to park my car myself. Diamond Ambassador members don't get any extra perks here. Extra fee to use the lounge. No 4pm check-out. No room upgrade. The room was OK. At first glance, it looked nice until I noticed all the wear and tear. The sink didn't work -- hardly any hot water and water pressure. Lots of scuffs and chips throughout the room. North Coast Cafe was a mess. It was obvious they were severely understaffed. Waited 10 min for a server to take our order, another 30 minutes for food to arrive and another 15 min to get the cheque. The room service was good, though. We placed an order and had our food within 15 minutes. I brought these issues up with front desk (twice), which they assured management would reach out. Nothing was communicated and no follow-up either. The hotel left a very bitter taste in my mouth. There are far better hotels in the area.

Leave the towels, steal the SHOWERHEAD!!! Okay, I'm not the kind of person who steals things, but if I was, I would totally steal the showerhead and leave the plush towels. The shower was such a pleasant surprise - it's not a showerhead that tries to pretend to have great pressure, it was like a fire hose nozzle (and I mean that in the best way possible!). It is very nice to be connected to the Cleveland Clinic skyway. There was a winter storm. I wasn't able to drive after sedation and my wife hates driving in heavy snow. We were able to check in early and relax a little before my procedure and then I was able to come back and crash and let the drugs wear off. That was so nice 👍. We had very little interaction with any staff, but our room (room 711) was very nice.

The hotel was pristine and properly sanitized. The staff was all so friendly and accommodating! We were here for appts at Cleveland Clinic and this hotel was perfect because there is a sky bridge that connects the hotel to the hospital. If you can, reserve a Club Room. The benefits are very nice. Also the handicapped accessible rooms are outstanding and were very well designed.
