It was a great experience at InterContinental Dhaka. The breakfast I had there was splendid. Food variety was quite rich. Even though some of the items were dull, most of the foods in the menu had great taste. The Interior is nice and calm. Anyone alone or with friends or family can enjoy it. Last but not least, the service was as expected from a restaurant like this fame.

I had a great stay at the hotel, rating it 10/10 due to its excellent breakfast, convenient location Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The selection and quality of the food was impressive. The hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated in a great area and made my commute to the place I needed to go easy. But what truly stood out for me was the attitude of the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always had a positive and friendly attitude. Whether I had questions about the area, needed assistance with my room, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent service truly added to the overall quality of my stay.

Recently I had to stay at Hotel Intercontinental Dhaka for my work purpose. I'd highly recommend the hotel for comfort and luxury. The Hotel staff goes above and beyond to provide a wonderful stay. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing outstanding service are absolutely admirable. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone on the crew was polite, professional, and eager to help with any request. The rooms are the ideal combination of comfort and luxury. They are immaculately clean and nicely designed, providing a tranquil respite from the hectic metropolis outside. The hotel's restaurant was a gourmet treat. It flawlessly mixes elegance, hospitality, and convenience to provide guests with an outstanding experience.

I went to Dhaka for emergency work. Stayed there at Hotel InterContinental Dhaka, had a wonderful day. The food was nice and the location was great. We walked to most things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast every day was really good and we could each eat on our own schedule. Next time InterContinental Dhaka we will definitely stay there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
