We had a Christmas vacation here. Everything was just wonderful. - Room was really big and comfortable. Shower was a bit tricky but we got used to it. - Staff all the time was really nice and helpful. - Food. At first the food looked not so good, but when you understand what to take you can always find something really delicious. In the middle there is a craft food station where every time there were different types of interesting dishes. - Kids Club is very cozy and friendly. The staff in kids club is always active and helpful. Kids really liked being there. - Activities. We participated in all sport clubs except archery. Tennis, table tennis, football and and pool(billiards). Everything except tennis court was free. In general we liked our choice and hopefully will come back again with friends and the hole family :)

The hotel is very nice, quiet and kids friendly. The room is good, clean, and spacious with a really nice mountain view . The room service slow and they send fewer items of what we requested. The TV is outdated, not smart. The food is the one weak point of the hotel not being tasty at all, and they reuse the leftover and make something else from it for the next meal. We stayed for 2 nights with full board, and all was the same quality, which is very low standard compared to this IHG fancy hotel.

We spent a week at the "Intercontinental" hotel, and our experience was simply delightful. Impressions from the very beginning were positive. The hotel's buffet impressed us with its variety and taste. We truly enjoyed the culinary delights offered here. The hotel staff deserves special mention - they were very kind and always ready to assist. I particularly want to highlight Ali at the reception. He was always friendly and willing to address any of our queries. The view of the ocean from the hotel was absolutely magnificent. We savoured every moment spent on the hotel's premises, taking in the beauty of nature. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping went unnoticed to visitors. This created a comfortable stay and made our relaxation even more enjoyable. The heated pools added a touch of luxury and relaxation. They were perfect for unwinding after long days at the beach. In the hotel restaurant, we met the best waiter, Maduranga. He was attentive to our preferences and always tried to please. His service made our evenings even more special. We were very pleased with our stay at the "Intercontinental" hotel and look forward to the opportunity to return here. Many thanks to the entire staff for an unforgettable experience!

Great new hotel, clean and family friendly. Service is top notch all around! Especially the room service, Mithum has been very kind and always kind, smily and helpful and happy to cater to our needs. Food is varied and tasty, beach is nice and clean and pools are nice. Only comment is the SPA area is huge but there is only a tiny jacuzzi and steam room in the changing rooms, and as you enter the SPA area it’s FREEZING instead of being warm and welcoming.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurants are very good. The staff on the pool and the breakfast are amazing. They have a great mobile application that you can use for room service and bookings in restaurants and check what upcoming events during the day.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
