This hotel is at the Qiantang river in Hangzhou. Even so it is not at the West lake the location is very good. There is not a lot of traffic around the hotel and the metro station 'Civic Center', Line 4, is right next to the hotel. So it is quite convinient to get everywhere by metro or taxi. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the interior and the exterior of the hotel a lot. The rooms may not be very new anymore but this is not really a problem at all. Everything was clean and working. Also the Club lounge was good and I also liked the breakfast (which I took on the fifth floor). Very nice was also the view from the room at night. There is a light show on the high rise buildings surrounding the hotel and also a water fountain show in front of the theater. Both can be seen quite well from the room if it faces the river and the theater. I could only stay two nights in Hangzhou, but in case I come back I will probably stay at this hotel again.

So happy that I went with this hotel over a few other 5 stars in the area. Room quality was excellent. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious - especially the bathroom. Nice in-room amenities. Shower and rain shower pressure was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was so-so. Overall good service.

This is a lovely hotel by the river in Hangzhou. Super crazy design which adds to the experience for me. Service is very good and my room faced the river, offering a good view. Will go back next time i am in Hangzhou

A uniquely shaped hotel. The surroundings have beautiful sight. Beautiful, large and cozy rooms! Good and delicious food in the restaurants. And most especially with accommodating staff!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
