The first time experience wasn't as expected, mainly in terms of facility design. Staff were great from the entrance, especially the valet guys. You get to see clear water on the beach during the day. Try to stay over Wednesday as it's the day of peace along the beach in Huahin.

Beautiful hotel. Comfy beds. Great bathtub. The problem is it lacks 5 star touch. The pool had dirt and leaves around the edges. No trees around that would cause this. Poor maintenance didn’t go in felt dirty. Bathroom: My toilet roll metal cover is rusted with huge chunk of shine missing looking creepy/dirty. Mold around the shower hinges gross. No magnifying mirror for ladies for makeup. Even light covers in bathroom have rust/mold Why? Went to shower and the shower gel was empty. No bath oil or beads or anything so have to add shower gel. Also major mosquito problem and NO floor repellent to burn/coils on balconies so covered w bites. Pool closed at 8 pm so no swim after dinner. Daytime ladies pool bathroom no airco so sweaty inside. Outside handicapped bathroom had rust on metal trash can lid top. I’ve stayed at many of this chains hotel and this is just not what other locations ever had. BUT the staff is super lovely, the beach view is nice and again the bed was great. Hope these notes help. Not close to potential this hotel has as great location just attention to detail is missing big time.

We booked 7 Nights and extended for a further 3 nights from the 24/10/23, We had stayed at the bluport building with 2 cats during the renovation of the main building. However, this did not lessen our enjoyment of our stay, The rooms are big, clean and safe. The staff have a family feel to them and welcome you with their attentive friendly manner. The A-la-carte breakfast menu was amazing, The restaurant staff at this time were very helpful. A special mention must go to the amazing "Apple" (who really should be working in guest relations) as she had been the Heartbeat of our stay and relaxtion. Thank you to all the restaurant staff and chefs for an amazing stay, and we will see you again in April 2024.
