Decent older hotel. Beds were nice and pillows and bedding were clean and comfortable. Gym was older but functional. I booked a Classic Sea View room but was placed in a room facing a large wall with no view except of the sky. When I checked out I was told this was an error but that they could not adjust my room rate even though I paid more. That was disappointing customer service and also I could have saved money if I had just booked the basic room for about 400 riyals less per night.

A very nice hotel, though, in my opinion, not 5-star. A 4+. I say this because the rooms are bit dated and tough around the edges, the rooms floor looks like a student dorm or hostel (strange door design - see pictures). Nothing wrong, comfortable bed and all, but not 5-star. However, that said, you get 5-star service. The service is exceptional (firas at front desk, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, recreation center). The fitness center is well equipped for a hotel, and has a great lap pool (not common in hotels), and outdoor. Location is great, close to the water and old town (but still need to drive everywhere, nit the hotel's fault). Overall, I would recommend it.

Great hospitality, very welcoming staff. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable, clean. Welcoming amenities was very nice. After check in I received a call from the guest relation to make sure that everything went well and if I needed anything. Also I have to mention that the respond was very fast when I requested or asked about anything. 😍😍😍😍

Charming hotel with excellent service! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was amazing loved it. The pool was spacious and allowed all guests to enjoy Jeddah’s good weather.

I stayed here twice in the last decade. But there have been no renovations and the rooms are really deteriorated. The air con is poor the TV is a joke. They were renovating some rooms on my floor and it stank like solvents. Unhealthy. The furniture was worn out and strained. Carpet was old and no good. I would NOT stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
