The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Arrived early and got checked into a room that was not cleaned at all by the housekeeping because there were TWO DIFFERENT sheets of linens on the bed that had a blood spot on them. It seems like the blood spot had been on the linen for a long time. I talked to the front desk the first time, and they gave me a new room, so I took it. Later, when I was trying to remove the linen from the bed in the old room, I found a second blood spot on a different linen. I returned to the front desk to inform them about this and mentioned they should update the housekeeping for the old room. Then I met one of the rudest on-duty managers; she asked what I wanted since I already had a new room. I mentioned that I discovered another blood spot to let them know as soon as possible. Then the manager assumed I was trying to request more compensation from the hotel, which I had never considered. The manager kept saying that the best they could do was to waive the resort fee for me or offer a later check-out time. However, the front desk never explained why this hotel charges a nonsense resort fee. The manager also told me in an odd way that they could not meet the high standards I expected. I feel like cleanliness should always be the first priority for a hotel, and the manager thought it was a high standard for them.

It has really beautiful views especially from the 69th floor where I ate for lunch with my mom. The food is really fresh there. The gourmet chicken that I ordered there only cost 20 dollars or less. By my surprise, that chicken was completely fresh after being cooked for only 15 minutes. It is a new hotel but I didn't realize that until I ate the food there. I really appreciated how the waiter was doing with the food that me and my mom ordered there. I never doubted that he was going to get me and mom's food order the way that we wanted it to be. I only ate at this restaurant one time in my life before I made this review. I am 22 years old right now.

Beautiful views from the open air bar on top floor. The hotel rooms are simple, modern basic luxury. With the softest beds and finest toiletries. 360 degree views of LA from different places in the hotel. Felt very safe and secure. Hotel staff very friendly from top floor to valet.

This hotel is nice looking also it’s huge. The service was great from the staff. Smiles from everyone the entire stay I was there. The hotel is clean and I didn’t have any issues with the room itself. The elevators are annoying to me because you have to take another elevator to get to your level and I didn’t like that. You also have to wait for a few minutes for the other elevators that’s annoying as well. The room is nice and big I had a nice view of the city, the hotel is located in a nice spot. It’s a nice hotel and a must try out.

Let me try and speak objectively. Location is great and views, I’m born and raised in LA, are great. My disappointment is this. I’m here celebrating an anniversary and my kids birthday. We are in the King Suite City View, which has great views, but no one is answering the phone. They even have a button on the phone that says “instant service”. I called 3 times and it rings then goes to nothing. No call back. In my opinion, people are not paying the prices for this. It should be straightforward to answer 3 calls or at least have a way to call back. I’m fairly upset, mostly because of the occasions I am celebrating. I don’t want an apology, but a very clear explanation of why “instant service” or calling operator from room does not work.
