        I love how pet friendly this hotel is. NO PET FEE 👏🏼! Highly recommend visiting this hotel in the holiday season. Lobby was nicely decorated. It’s less than a mile to walk to Union Square where all the Christmas stuff is in the city. (Beware of the steep hills LOL) Also, shout out to the nicest front desk agent (Anna/Amy not sure) who made me feel like an elite member. I just recently signed up for the membership but she upgraded me to an ocean view room and offered me late check out. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had an amazing stay and I will be back in the future!

        The hotel is in great location that is safe and convenient walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and Trader Joe's. I was able to walk around at night by myself. The rooms are old but clean, with a nice lobby and Top of the Mark has the greatest view to see the entire city. The best part is the service there-everyone works there seem to be friendly and made me feel home. Especially Manuel who helped me when I need additional items and replacement. He went above and beyond to help me out. I will like to come back again if I visit SF in the future.

        Really nice hotel. Helpful staff. Well equipped rooms with coffee machine etc. Views from Top of the mark bar are amazing and service really good. Also reasonably priced. Nob hill is a really nice area but those hills are something else! Going down is fine but getting back up after a day of exploring, forget it. Use the trams, there is a stop just outside.

        The staff were friendly and rooms were dated but clean and well maintained. Scenic views that can't be beat. I highly recommend visiting their bar, The Top of the Mark for great cocktails. Parking is tight so use public transportation or ride share apps if possible.

        Great location in SF. Service was awesome in all aspects. The Top of The Mark is great to have a drink and enjoy views of they bay. We enjoyed our weekend stay and have been a repeat at this location and will continue to be. Highly recommend! Rooms are a bit dated and could use modernization with respect to electronics and lighting however the other amenities are more than expected.
