This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff were nice and accommodating. I checked in late due to my flight but when I got to my room I was surprised to see a plate of delectable desserts waiting for me. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had the best view in the city. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will be back for sure. Next time I will stay longer.

We had a wonderful stay here, which started with a very warm welcome from Agathe. We loved our room, which was very clean. All the staff at this hotel are delightful and it is they who make the place special. It was a bit of a treat to ourselves to stay here, but the next time we return to Marseille we will stay here again...how could we stay anywhere else?

Personally. I found the breakfast to be delicious. The preparation of everyday vegetables was eye opening for me, the taste was wonderful. My wife and kids loved it. The hotel is within reach of major points of interest within the city, including transportation. The staff was amazing. If there was any request it was addressed with incredible hospitality and friendliness. Overall our vacation in Marseille was a wonderfully enjoyable experience and Hotel Dieu was responsible for a majority of it.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Rooms are great and so are the restaurants and the service. The gym and the spa area are not spectacular but functional.

Their suites with personal terraces are the best. The views of Notre-Dame de la Garde are magical. Love this hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
