We stayed at this location because of the proximity to the cruise port. Cons: We got stuck inside our guestroom because the door lock was jammed, causing us to constantly jiggle the doorknob in order to open the door. The guestroom doors should be soft close at this price point; all you hear are doors slamming. If you arrive before Noon and wish to check in, there is a charge. If you wait past Noon and sign up as a member, you can request early check in pending availability. There were also scratches (initials) engraved in the windows. The bed pillows had foul odors, for which we shared this specific complaint to the front desk. Another con is the area, overall, of downtown. We went to dine out and found ourselves having to dodge defecation EVERYWHERE. It was awful. (I understand this is outside of the hotels control.) The hotel being near water and the park was beautiful, along with a nice lobby, but we will never reserve another stay at this property again. We would prefer to stay near the airport.

Stayed there last month during the holiday weekend and this hotel is absolutely amazing. We had a clear view of the port from our room on the 21st floor and it was jaw dropping. The service, bar area,food from Toro and the breakfast buffet was fantastic.This atmosphere was in great walking distance from nearby shops and restaurants and you couldn’t ask for a better place where pretty much everything was at your disposal. This hotel is definitely one of the best I’ve stayed at!

Room was comfy and had everything we needed! Service was awesome! The bell hops & front desk personnel were awesome! Concierge was super amazing! She had remembered us, later on in the day, from an encounter we had had earlier in the day! What made her super was that she also remembered us the day!!! Location was amazing! The waterfront offered great vistas from our ocean view room on the 23rd floor! We could walk to very nearby restaurants and shops from the hotel.

Stayed a couple nights. Service and location were great. Room was really good. I liked the decor, setup, and view (21st floor overlooking waterfront). Lighting was great (often a problem in other hotels) However, I thought the iron/ironing board needed replacement and the hand towels racks were mounted oddly low. Plus, they have NO heat and it was cold. They did provide a space heater though. I would stay here again.

The hotel is absolutely stunning! The curbside service was phenomenal – so welcoming and professional. I'm definitely planning a longer stay here next time. If it weren't for my cruise the following day, I would have chosen to spend my entire vacation in this incredible hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
