The hotel stay at greatest location. Is very convenient to train station, and ferry to Colorado island. Few minutes away from airport. Modern rooms, nice and clean. Just very little noise, maybe the location is too good. Friendly staff very helpful and careful. Just about perfect!

My favorite hotel by far. The hotel has a quiet elegance about it. We asked for rooms with a bay view and it did not disappoint. The location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants. There were rooftop activities for those who enjoy that. We chose to eat at the hotel restaurant. The dinner was just okay with very limited choices, but the breakfast was amazing. The rooms were spotless and staff was very friendly. If you park in the garage, make sure you take a picture of your space number because it is very easy to get turned around.

Room was okay and the location was great. However I am unsure if I will ever stay at this hotel again. The bathroom was neat with built in lights and what not but unsure why a makeup mirror and stand is set infront of the toilet. The shower mechanics were odd (have to control the temperature on the back side of the wall when the knob to change the shower head was facing front) and the water pressure was so weak. The pool, which the hotel claims to be heated to 80 degree was too cold to swim in. There were three fill ports where the warm water shoots in once in a while and me and my two kids end up just staying infront of the area and then give up swimming. Biggest issue I had is that I left the 'do not disturb' sign on in the room, yet a staff came in to the room to grab things from the mini-bar (without replacing), and yet there was a sign left at the door stating they respect my choice and that they will not enter the room and contact them if I needed cleaning/room service. Additionally, when inquiring the issue to the front desk, I was told that they have other pressing issues and will get to it later, and that they have their 'protocols' which they will find out why this happened with their staff and let me know. Granted, I carried my valuables with so I didn't have to search through my belonging to see if anything were missing but I am uncertain if I feel safe staying at the hotel again. I called the hotel and was told to talk with the manager, where the front desk transfered me to the manager which went straight to voicemail. left a message with no response yet. Called again the next day and I was told that they will have the security staff call me, yet still no call from them. _______________________ Response to the hotel: Thank you for leaving a response but I still have not got the answers from your hotel staff. Unsure how I am suppose to contact directly when every attempt was with a simple, "our representative will call you tomorrow as they are not available today."

We were visiting SAN Diego for a couple of days and we chose this hotel because of the location. It is very convenient located and easy to walk to all the main attractions in SAN Diego. We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean , with a modern design ,very spacious with a great city view. The bed was super comfortable , slept like a baby , I totally recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
