        Overall a very nice hotel. The location is great. It is in a good part of the city either a lot around the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They would take care of any needs. My only complaints would be that the hotel is a bit dated. Furniture and appliances seem a bit old and run down. Also, in the room I was in there were no curtains. There are only blinds making any sort of sleep during day light hours very difficult. (Picture attached)

        2 Star Review & I am being generous. Hotel staff ervice was a bit above average. Room was "maybe" average. Breakfast was above average, selection was plentiful, quality was good & breakfast staff was strong. Why a 2 Star Review? I don't believe I need to explain, pictures tell the story. CLEAN your hotel! $200/$300 a night hotel, surely you can hire people to clean and then really deep clean. Paint is inexpensive & simple. This filth & grime is borderline dangerous to your guests.

        Do not stay here. This hotel is an InterContinental in name only. The lobby is nice enough, but the rooms are VERY shabby and badly in need of renovation. It honestly felt like a Best Western or something. There was what appeared to be blood smeared on our walls (take a look for yourself), and the same substance was splattered all over the chair in our room. The bathroom felt and looked grimy. We also had issues with the outlets in the room, despite using the hotel's own adapter. The staff was friendly, but the concierge never had water available. We were supposed to stay two nights longer than we did here, but decided to cut our stay short and switch hotels.

        Awesome location, spacious room, but the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. As basic as asking for silverware and getting “the kitchen is too busy” as a response. Room super outdated, forget about binging Netflix, no smart tv.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
