Great hotel located in the middle of everything. Its clean, comfortable and the staff is just as kind as can be. The breakfast is a good choice, so get it with your stay. The rooms were silent and somehow noise proof from the busy streets below. Only thing I would change would be the art over my bed.

We stayed for four nights here and couldn't have been happier. Our room had a view of Rossio Square, the room was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. Very central location close to all transportation, too. We booked our room with breakfast included, which was quite good. The best deal was from their website.

We stayed for 4 days . The Staff is highly-qualified specialy Saulo helped us on sight seeing and advise for travels I am highly impressed by the young Staff . The rooms are neat and clean . The breakfast is amazing , specially there veggie omlattes fresh cook . The location is just front of Rossio Square with food street so it's the heart of city. I highly recommend this place .

Had a great time at Internacional Design! Could not have been a better location. The hotel overlooks the beautiful plaza and is above a great restaurant that is owned by the hotel. We purched breakfast in advance with our room and it was great! A nice buffet with everything you could want. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without question.

We had a great stay. Breakfast was delicious, some of the best hotel Breakfast we have had. Our room (104) was newly renovated, big, comfortable, and an absolutely GORGEOUS view of the square! The staff we extremely helpful and pleasant. We asked for more water and it was brought up very quickly. The location couldn't be more perfect. Almost everywhere you ea ted to go was within walking distance. I will stay again if I come back to Lisbon 100%

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
