Hotel is not good , i was only for overnight stay. Actually Air Astana sent me here since my flight was postponed. As seen on photos, furniture are old and worn out. TV system is analog and TV has very big interference and noise always. Some channel even freezing. There is no kettle in room . Also there is no tea,coffee and sugar in room. Receptionist told there is water dispenser in corridor but who goes to end of corridor and what to do hot water without tea and coffee. Receptionist was rude and aggressive.

Not bad, not great. Cheap and cheerful for our stay. Wi-Fi was down on our floor and was advised by staff to purchase a local SIM card? Breakfast was hit and miss but was very average. Who serves cold oatmeal? Location is good and to get about. My room overlooks a busy street and therefore during nighttime I could hear traffic. Front of desk level of service was simply average and adequate for our needs.

Very Poor Hotel, very poor room ,very poor food ,complete waste of money. No cleanliness, toiletries, towels , bedsheets pillows are in very bad condition.. Mattresses are with bedbugs. Not at all comfortable and not at all recommended.. The only advantage is the hotel location. Breakfast is also very poor, not at all suitable for travelers.

Wost experience in my almety journey. We 6 friend book 3 room for 4 night . After checking in they didn't allow early 1 hours checking before 2PM. After checking we got small Romm .there is no hot woter kettle no tea coffee arengement in all room .we ask for kettle they are not provided us up to last day. About Breakfast. Limited option no vegetarian. Only beef. Cold Boiled Eggs . Buter jam bread. Coffee tea.

Save yourself and book for a better hotel! Stayed here for 5nights in this supposedly “International” hotel, nothing international about it sad to say. Worst 4star hotel I ever experienced! AC wasn’t working. It was so challenging to sleep! When asked the reception, they kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow never happened. Breakfast was so so. Staff (who struggle with even basic english) was so rude to turn off the lights while people were still eating just because breakfast ends at 10. It was only 10mins past. The only reason I’m giving two star is because the housekeeping folks were nice and they do ok job. Location is another star since it’s close to the metro.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
