A quaint typical English home. We stayed for 2 nights and more or less had the place to ourselves. I read about sharing the bathroom but in all honesty this didn't really affect us. Breakfast was good. The 2 German couples and the Italian girl thought it was amazing. If I need to be in this area of London again I wouldn't mind staying again.

I will say before getting into nitty gritty, that the host Rosie did seem very nice, but there is lots of issues we had with this b and b that led to us having to leave our first night and going to a Holiday Inn(with much better accommodations). Firstly, the room we were in was TINY like barely could move around in there, to be fair we had large suitcases for a 2 week trip through UK, so if you have a small pack and will just be there for the night you may be fine. Secondly, and the main reason for us having to leave the first night was the bathroom situation. It is also incredibly small and the shower immediately started overflowing the tray with water. There is a sign in the bathroom stating that the water is too powerful for draining and if you get water on the floor , you will be responsible for damages which is very strange in my opinion. Before I had even stepped in shower there were hairs and dirt that had came back up as you can see in photos attached. Needless to say after a 12 hour day of traveling and then sight seeing the last thing you want to do is pack your bag and go to another hotel, but unfortunately due to the shower situation we had to do so. Also in the bathroom right next to toilet are extremely hot pipes that if your larger (like i am) your body will come into contact with and burn you. Lastly a small thing(quite literally), the TV is comically small, like 8 inches. I didn't come to London to watch TV but enjoy having TV on when I am getting ready for the night and this was sooo tiny. In my opinion I would save yourself the hassle and just book another place. This is also not very centrally located so that is another thing to take into account. I do hate to leave such a negative review, but if this saves one person from the hassle that we experienced it is worth it.

Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to stay that has a lot of character. The host Rosy was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast were very nice. Bathroom is shared between guests, but I found it impeccable at all times during my 3 day stay. Lovely surroundings if you want to go for a stroll nearby. Will definitely return!

Lovely area to stay in, with transport into central London available nearby. However there is a shared bathroom, which can make mornings and evenings a waiting game, and no shower. There's a shower nozzle in the high sided bath, but you must sit to use it to rinse your hair, and I had difficulty getting out of the bath due to the high sides. There are strict rules to follow, please view photos.

The owner Rosy is extremely rude and nosy. Expect to see passive-aggressive notes left around the house, we received a handwritten one telling us off for using the bath and accusing us of leaving the tap running, which we absolutely did not do. Her page is dishonest as it fails to mention the small bathroom (only bath no shower) which is shared by 10+ guests at a time. Entire house looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 10+ years, we were horrified to see black dirt under the bath. Avoid this place at all costs

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
