I recently stayed there for one day, and my overall impression is a bit of a mixed bag. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, I couldn't help but notice that the corridors were disappointingly dirty. It's essential for the hotel to maintain cleanliness throughout all areas for a consistently positive experience. Despite this, the room's cleanliness contributed to a satisfactory stay.

Very bad and helpless experience to find the hotel because there is no clear hotel name and signage. We went to next door hotel and got scolded by their receptionist. No complaint about room size and cleanliness. Can improve on basic toiletories, advisable to bring your own towel and toiletories.

I booked the couple room for 2 nights but we left the next morning. It was a horrible experience. The room was stinky and dirty that it is not even worth one star. It doesn’t come under the hotel Delmon management so don’t be misguided like us. It took us an hour to find the booked suite. Very complicated prosedure for check in. We were not provided any toiletries, not even a small soap bar. I do not recommend anyone to stay here at all. Very ver bad experience

I would not recommend staying here. If you do, book with airbnb NOT with Agoda. We followed other reviewers recommendation and used the PDF booking form to CALL ahead and get explicit instructions for checking in. It went smoothly. The place is new but with counters falling off walls and spiderwebs. We did have 1 cockroach. construction went until midnight right outside our room and was our VIEW below. the drive there is winding and narrow and full of construction and rubbish. It's sad that it's not beautiful at all. One of our beds had 1 side completely smashed flat. so strange. it was spacious for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. But there is NO wifi and NO Television. Would definitely not stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
