Located in the center of the city close to liberty square this is a great space to take a real from the bustling city. Right opposite the hotel is a parking space one can leave the car for 20 GEL per day. Hopefully this big empty space will not be used for a new building soon. The hotel itself doesn’t have a parking garage. Although a 5 star hotel there is no fitness room or pool. We were offered to be drive to an adjacent fitness studio. Room keeping was a little sloppy. I really liked the modern, minimal design. A lot of clean concrete and steel and abstract paintings.

Stunning design of the hotel, rooms, very beautiful terrace inside the hotel. I thank the security guard Irakli who told us where the parking is, showed us the rooms and agreed to give us a larger room at no extra charge, he made our stay in this hotel comfortable

Very good located small hotel with comfortable rooms and good customer service. The hotel has its own restaurants. Downside, breakfast menu is same everyday and rooms are not very well insulated from outside noice.

Terrible room, ver small and AC not working, too much noise outside as well. Front desk are good, very helpful. Restaurant downstairs 2 old ladies from the kitchen (they were the one who make 🍳🥚 I’ve observe that they just keep gossiping and laughing. Such unprofessional you are at work. They also make fun of me, because I just woke up, my hair didn’t tie it properly and my eye bags so puffy. They made fun infront of me.. they talk to their language and mention some English words but I understand. This is not nice at all.. very rude, unprofessional.

Had a great experience staying here. The staff is very very helpful especially the front desk. Mariami at the front desk helped us with the entire trip and was very accommodating. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
