The location is strategic. Staff also kind and friendly. Room is clean and spacious. Recommended hotel because a lot of delicious foods nearby to the hotel.

This hotel is not recommendable. The room was huge but dirty. The bathroom including shower looked completely uncleaned. The rooms are not getting cleaned if not specifically requested for (which you are not being told beforehand). Windows were not properly closing so that the noise from the street and the nearby club made it hard to sleep. The only good thing is that it’s not far from the central area.

Located in the ipoh city centre. Lots of attractions nearby. Check in start 3pm and checkout at 12pm. The double single room was really nice. Lots of room amenities; small refrigerator, tv, hairdryer, safe, hangers, kettle. Basic toiletries also available, bath towel, soap, shampoo, laundry bag even haircap. Got hot shower option as well. Recommended for a short stay.

The location is superb because all the famous eateries are just walking distance. They also have private parking for the hotel guests. Rooms doesn’t look so new, towels and bedsheets are looks yellowish. However room was clean.

Place is a little expensive in my opinion, but it is a good location. The staff was friendly and efficient, but the rooms could use some work. It is a no smoking hotel but the place smelled of smoke.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
