A wonderful and comfortable hotel! Extremely professional and responsive staff! Clean and spacious rooms, big and comfortable beds! The bathroom has excellent cosmetics! It is in a perfect place as a location, it is not noisy and the walls are sufficiently soundproofed. Only one thing: It would be great if you had mosquito nets! I hope to visit this wonderful hotel again!

Brilliant, modern hotel. Very friendly staff, varied and tasty breakfast, comfortable and quiet rooms with complimentary mini bar which is restocked for free each day, and a spa and pool. Make sure you book your free spa slots when you check in. Very relaxing at the end of a busy day sightseeing.

We had an amazing and comfortable stay at this hotel! The hotel had professional, welcoming staff and very modern rooms and amenities. We were surprised with the space in the rooms and the modern feel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, bathrooms clean and shower was very nice too! The walls were quite thin, so other guests could be heard, but nothing that ear plugs couldn’t tune out, and we didn’t have noise issues while sleeping. The construction infront of the hotel was no issue for us, and it seems the taxis in the city know this hotel well so have no issue finding it despite it looking a bit tucked away during the construction. The hotel is only a ~10 minute walk from the city centre, but feels like you’re well separated from the hustle of other tourists. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend in a heartbeat. We were so grateful for such a comfortable stay!

Very clean hotel within walking distance from the center. It also has a fitness center and spa for your comfort. The spa closes at 7pm, so it would have been great if it could have been used as a night pool. That was the only disappointment, but other than that, it was great. Anyway, the staff is friendly and courteous. They were always very courteous and when they called me a cab, they carried my luggage and arrived to close the door. The service was over priced and very pleasant. Also, the breakfast is very good and very satisfying. Very good value for money. I am not good at English and could not express my thanks, but I want to thank you here. Thank you.

We were so happy with our choice of accommodation in Firenze. Walking distance to everywhere. Great front desk, breakfast is fab and bathrooms are just amazing. Really great place to stay in Florence. We absolutely loved it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
