The staff and the environment at IQ Hotel Roma were first class. We stayed for 4 night in late January and were elated with our stay at this hotel. The rooms and the amenity areas are super clean and bright. The staff was superb in their willingness to help (Doreen - I hope I got your name right). The location is perfect for people looking to explore all that Rome has to offer. Would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay here.

This is not my first visit to Rome. Regardless of the beauty of the city.. IQ Hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels.. The stay was very comfortable.. The location is excellent, close to the most important landmarks.. The cleanliness of the hotel and facilities. There is a self-laundry and they serve snacks daily Free of charge. The employees are very helpful and friendly. We faced a slight problem when checking in, but they apologized via written letter and I appreciate that very much.

The best hotel we stayed at in a long time! First time traveling internationally so I was skeptical about the rooms but it was better than most hotels in the US. (We trave a lot in the USA). Extra friendly, amazing front desk people. They have a nice courtyard, vending machines, big hot tub and a cozy sauna overlooking the courtyard. It was our anniversary and they had a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room. Close to most of the sites. Or a short taxi ride/e-bike to the places we didn't want to walk. The rooftop restaurant was Amazing! Great place for a nice dinner or drink. Great food, great people. We ran into the owner of the restaurant in the lobby of the IQ hotel and invited us to eat, he treated us like old friends! Cannot recommend it enough. If you're on-the-fence, book this place and you will not be disappointed.

Receptionists like Giuseppe, were very welcoming and helpful! The rooms were so clean, and full of toiletries and goodies!! They do not hold back! The bathroom we had was huge. And everyone must have breakfast included. It is so worth it. The selection was loaded and the presentation of it was beautiful. This hotel does not hold back on what they have! Only thing is location isn’t that clean but sites and good restaurants are close by.

We stayed in a first floor room but had privacy. Great location and wonderful bar on roof level with outside seating. Breakfast was tasty but overpriced. Ate at a nearby bistro instead thereafter. Front desk is super helpful with directions. They had paper maps, too. Room was super comfortable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
