We were in the master suite with its own private hot tub and separate entrance stairs. It was a beautiful suite with amazing sunset and caldera views. Really nice pool and lounge areas. Location is a bit further away from fira town Square but it is a very pleasant walk. Lots of really good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is very clean and staff is very helpful and friendly.

Went here for our honeymoon and stayed at this wonderful hotel! Were there for four nights and the room we stayed at had a beautiful view of the island and the sea! Breakfast was included and Margarita was very caring and helpful during our stay! Wonderful service and neat place.

Wow! This hotel stay was absolutely incredible. The view from our room was nothing short of breathtaking, and the fact that they let us use their amenities before check-in time was a delightful surprise. It's a place I'd definitely go back to – a wow-worthy experience! This area ( Firs) is private compare to Oia.

This hotel is amazing! Wow, if we could give 10 stars, we would. The service staff have been well trained, with great attention to detail, all done with genuine smiles and friendliness. We were greeted with fresh peach juice, upgraded and had our bags taken to our rooms for us. After 3 nights the experience exceeded expectations and we enjoyed the fresh breakfasts, pool leisure and room hospitality. The renovation looks great, furniture is luxurious and hotel spaces very comfortable and modern. Thank you Ira Hotel !

We had a lovely stay at Ira Hotel! The hotel is beautiful and our room was very comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The food here is also delicious and they’re very accommodating of gluten free restrictions (they have gluten free bread at breakfast). We highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
