Wonderful 3 room apartment, 2 bedrooms, very spacious, very clean. The owners are very welcoming, very respectful, and take the time to give advice on restaurants and places to visit. The exchanges are very natural.

My family had a great time. Staff is super friendly and informative. Please ask for Manos if you book a car to show you around the island. 4-5 hours he will show you all the key landmarks in a spacious Merc Van.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Irene and her crew were so accommodating. They explained in great detail were we could go for the best tours, rental cars, restaurants you name it! They booked anything we needed. Being locals they gave us accurate information. We appreciated it so much. The villa is adorable and so clean. It was a home away from home. We had everyone we needed including an iron and ironing board! The swimming pool area is beautiful and we had a view of the sea. I highly recommend this establishment for your stay in Santorini 😊 Thanks again. Tina.

Positives 1) Price is reasonable for the facilities 2) The service was great. They helped us with securing a good atv for rental within 30 minutes and arranged our transfer to the port. 3) We were given a breakfast box for the ferry since we had to get up really early which was nice. 4) The room is spacious and beautiful 5) They assisted us with early check in Negatives 1) None Loved our stay here.

We are so happy we stayed here. From pick up to drop off serviced! Excellent receptionist Liza, super helpful 5 star service and recommendation. The staff helped us with everything we need. Constantine was amazing. Nice and clean swimming pool with a very nice comfy bed. The staff and Liza knows everything what to do and see in Santori. She arranged sunset dining reservations. The location is perfect too!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
