Very nice hotel run by a family, ideally located near the beach, town and bus stop at Perissa. Great hospitality, service, clean room, the hosts are very nice and welcoming people, and gave us some advices for our trip. Also, the breakfast meal is included and with lot of varieties. We did really enjoyed our stay there a lot, and thus, I highly recommend this hotel !

It felt more like a bead and breakfast than a 4 Star accommodation. Service was beautiful. The lady and her husband were very helpful and gave great advice on where to go and even assisted with maps very lovely couple

We loved the Hotel Irigenia in Perissa! Michael and Kiki were great hosts. The place is super clean, quiet and just close enough to the beach to easily walk. Breakfast had a good variety. Can’t wait to visit again.

Arranged by Exotica and stayed here for 3 nights. Not a 4-5 star as Exotica's superior option, but they have clean/big room, friendly staff and services. Friends forgot a bag of clothes in the room and asked them send back to home oversea. Didn't get tracking but did arrived after two weeks! Hats off to the owner.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
