Stayed here for a single night before an early morning flight. Room is very basic and outdated. Staff were friendly. 24 hour reception desk was nice to have. Pool was clean and a really nice temperature. A quick walk to the beach and restaurants.

Simple and nice hotel with good location and polite staff. The standard room was very good and clean, also good bathroom with great shower. Breakfast was rich and plentiful and I also liked a little terrace where you can enjoy your coffee and breakfast. I would like to end by saying that our flight back was late into the night, but nevertheless we were able to use the hotel bathroom to get ready and our luggage was safe at the reception, so we could enjoy our last day in Santorini without stress. It was really nice staying at Iris boutique hotel!

Not sure where those 5 star marks are coming from and whether they are real, but this is the worst hotel I’ve seen in a long time. The building itself and equipment is dated, but not bad, rather poorly maintained. Breakfast is true a disaster: dishes are dirty, shelves are empty already after 9am. Staff is kinda nice and ready to help, but somehow this does not result into taking good care of the hotel. Such a lost opportunity.

Where to start, arrived to a room that wasn't clean. Bed had been made and towels laid out but it was obvious that the linen had not been changed, previous people's hair still on pillows. Aircon didn't work and just blew hot air, fridge was frozen over and couldn't close. Staff let us change rooms fortunately as we would not have been able to spend the night. Overall impressions of the place, would definitely not return or recommend to anyone. Excuse that during busy periods cleaning staff under pressure doesn't cut it. Try to cut corners and hope not to be called out on it. Has a pool and hotel close to the beach are the only positives.

Unfortunately a big dissapoint ment! Room mostly wrecked, daily cleaning superficial. Breakfast cheap and poor. Bathroom somehow puzzeled together. Pool Arena fine, but no service. Staff friendly and helpful, for what they could come up with .... Paid € 950,00 for 5 nights double room. Estimated half of that would have been justified.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
