I am stunned to find such a beautiful property in the heart of Colombo. I knew from the get-go that there must be some Bawa influence because it had the water, open space, greenery, wood—you could sense the atmosphere. Absolutely gorgeous. Food and service were excellent too.

It was an amazing experience. The food was just delicious and the interior has a pleasing, delicate and had intricate charm to it. It had amazing works of Arabic Calligraphy and some informative and curious books. The rooms were very nice and well equipped with amazing and decadent paintings not to mention the top notch decedent Persian Carpets. To conclude I confidently state that my stay here was divine.

I recently had the opportunity to stay in this lovely location, and I have to say, it was an absolute treat. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was struck by the sense of grandeur and nostalgia that permeated the space. The lobby was ornately decorated, with antique furnishings and old-world charm. lush green spaces and open air in the middle of colombo city! WOW! As I made my way to my room, I couldn't help but marvel at the intricate details that had been preserved throughout the hotel. The furniture was antique with proper contemporary architectural viewpoints and adjustments with lights. classic books and ornaments properly placed, and the hallways were lined with vintage photographs and artwork. It was clear that ishq tells a unique story of its rich history, and it was a pleasure to be a part of it. But despite its old-fashioned charm, the hotel was also thoroughly modern and comfortable. My room was extra spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was soft and inviting, and the bathroom was spotless and well-equipped. and the food was amazing. the cherry on top is the amazing staff who truly lives and owns this space beyond a job of work. Undoubtedly one of the best places that I have ever visited. All in all, I had a wonderful stay at this historic unique masterpiece and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique experience in a calm and content space. It was a true pleasure to be a guest here, and I can't wait to come back again.

A fanastic stay at ISHQ Colombo - from the wonderful interiors to the 5 star food and the faultless service - we simply cannot rate this spectacular place highly enough and will definitely be returning next time we are visiting Sri Lanka. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
