It's been 2 years since I become the guest of the hostel and the service is impressive. Accommodating staff, front desk and of course the manager. This year is my last year in graduate school but I know, still I have to patronize and recommend the place. To those who have limited budget, backpackers, travellers, couple and many others, this is the best price for you. Accessible to all viewing locations, clean and safe. To the management, thank you for providing such an excellent venue. God Bless and more clients to come.

I didn't expect too much because I booked the hostel online and they had limited pictures to show. But I was happy with the place. The reception area is at the 2nd floor because there are two hotels in one building. The staffs at the hostel were friendly, polite, and very helpful. The room rates are affordable especially when booking online or in advance. The room we stayed was clean and well-organized. Overall experience 9/10 for a budget hostel. I would stay there again and would recommend this to other travelers.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We booked a room at 10pm with no problems. There were lots of backpackers when we went there. The internet signal did not reach our room, which explains why we saw a couple of people in the lobby area on each floor. The beds are okay. We had enough power outlets to charge our gadgets. There was an extra bed in the room we booked. I'm not sure why it was there. It took up some space in the room, but not to the point where it was uncomfortable. I'm not sure why we weren't provided towels for bathing. Probably because we booked late in the evening on such short notice. Overall, the stay was okay. We were just a few minutes away from the I.T. park. So it's a good option if all the hotels are booked in the I.T. park area.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and comfy. The front desk was very accommodating and even gave us a guide of the places to go to nearby the hostel. We didn't get to go to all of them due to our short trip. The hostel's location is near IT park and JY Mall and La Vie Parissiene. ALSO, the bathroom has a Bidet! . We're definitely coming back to this hostel.

Its very affordable... if you intend to leave your things and sleep only this is à perfect place. Upon checking-in the front desk will give you information and map what to do and the activity in cebu. They will help you what your intention in the place and guide you on what you will do. They will even extend to call grab car for. Thanks to some of the attendants for assisting me in my needs. Kudos to your business

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
