I have been staying here for a couple of times already. Great location, trams or a taxi available. The service is superb. I would like to thank Ismail Gunduz for being so friendly and providing absolutely great service. The restaurant at the hotel is also great, and prices are reasonable.

Nice rooms and breakfast was fine, but the hotel driver tried to charge us 350 lira (over £10) for a 5 min taxi ride to the hire car pickup at the airport. We were not told the price in advance and it felt way too much. We managed to agree 300 lira, but the hotel ought to ensure their guests are not ripped off and the price is clear from the beginning

The location of the hotel is perfect. Pretty close to the airport. It is pretty convenient to stay there for 1 day if you have a flight that you need to stay. It costs 180TL by taxi to go there. Let’s come to the bad part. The ventilation always makes the room very cold and the air conditioner is so noisy. It is impossible to sleep during night. The stuff was helpful but since I just used it for one night stay, It is definitely NOT recommended. I couldn’t sleep until the morning. If I could just complain, maybe they could help but I prefer to be lazy. I also expect it to be not that uncomfortable since it is 4 star hotel. The other part that I feel most irritated is when we left the hotel, we asked to hotel to call for taxi for us. They called a vip taxi and the taxi driver said that it will cost the same as normal taxi and a lot of people shared the same taxi and at the end, the taxi driver asked for 230 Turkish Liras for each room which is odd since we shared the same taxi. Just consider that if you going to stay there and consider yourself if it is good or bad.

The hotel is super nice and has everything one needs for a short stay between the flights. Very close to the airport (10 min by taxi), checkin open 24 hours a day, rooms are clean, prices are very affordable, WiFi is fast and free. It was my third time staying here and I will come again when I have a longer layover in Antalya airport. Ismail at the reception was very nice and helpful with taxi, info about money exchange, offering tea etc. Recommend!

It is the best location if you need to stay close to Antalya airport and shopping area (10 minutes away from the airport, 5 minutes from Agora Mall and Mall of Antalya). Hotel staff was very polite and helpful (reception girls and managers). There is an option with good dinner and breakfast included, so you dine in, you don't search for restaurants around. Thank you!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
