        PLEASE DONT STAY HERE Im not really picky with hotels but this was bottom line the worst. Service - rude, you cant ask for any thing. Dont even try. Too many examples to list. Cleanliness- everything is dirty Smell - the bathroom will have a canalization smell and your room will also smell like jt Noise- you can hear the alarm clocks of the next room or other things….and of course the streets. And the AC that will have you awake at night Breakfast - dont bother going. Shame for Turkey, a country known for its breakfast. Location- you have to be athletic to get somewhere Internet : barely works Hopefully this hotel will close down soon because this is a rip off.

        This is the worst. We are freezing to death, many rooms are cold and nobody fixes it. They won't change our rooms or give our money back so we can reserve another hotel room.We've asked for help 5 times during our 48 stay, the manager is hidden somewhere and is not responding to its own staff. This is a nightmare. They have given electric heaters to some rooms and it is so dangerous. The tourism department should shot down this horrible place. Right now Over 10 families are freezing in these rooms and some little children have gotten sick. Disrespectful and cruel. I hope this happens to their own families.

        We had booked this hotel for a week with our family through Alibaba agency, but unfortunately on the first day when we left the room for a ridiculous breakfast only for a short time, the thief entered the room and took all the money in the safe box. and had also stolen the phone's charger and handsfree. The sad thing was that the thief had entered the room without damaging the door and with the card, the police and the hotel management did not make the slightest effort to help us. And with the help of each other, they made a hellish trip for us So if you want to stay in this hotel, it is your choice, but please take precautions so that you do not have a bitter experience like ours. PS: If anyone thinks my experience isn't real, message me and I'll show them the video and documentation of the police complaint.

        This place was disgusting, everything was terrible, and staff and employees were unfriendly. I never recommend this place for anybody. We have one of the worst experiences here. THE BREAKFAST was terrible, everything was cold and old taste. The room, corridors, and even restaurant smelled too bad. There hasn't been any sofa in the room. The towel had a bad package in the toilet, and you couldn't distinguish between clean and unclean towels. There wasn't enough light in the room. We haven't accessed any tissues.

        Hello All.i have to stay in the hotel 2 weak .the location was very bad.all the around was workshops area. And the staff was not kind.the room cleaning service was not good.AND ALSO iff you ask about taxi.they tell to you before the price so high.and they tell you that we have own taxi and driver.and thy will ask you too much money.so I consider it that don’t taxi from the hotel.i never want to go in this hotel ever again.
