This hotel is definitely not a 5 star. I would give it zero if I could. The room I was in was not finished to a 5 star standard . With bits missing around the toilet and the shower was absolutely disgusting. They keep the beds rapped up in plastic and store in the backyard with other furniture. Which was supposed to be my city view. So, probably have all sorts crawling in them It's very overpriced they want to charge you £6.50 for a small bottle of local beer when you can purchase it in a shop for £0.60. They charge £2.00 for a out of date snack that's in your mini bar when they are only £0.10in the garage up the road My partner went to the spar and sauna as she was getting changed. A male staff member walked in. When I complained about the fact a male staff member had gone into the ladies' changing room, they didn't care. They have a scanner at the entrance to stop you from bringing in any drinks or snacks, which includes water. Overall its overpriced very dirty hotel that smells of sewer drains. Other guests told me their rooms were no better. And the smell of what seems to be sewage is overwhelming.

The hotel is far away from the inner city. The rooms were okay but I’m used to supplies that are more modern. For me, personally there could have been more extras. You have to be careful because the stuff charges more for tourists. The buffet was nice. I give three stars which seems fair to me. The picture shows the view from my window which seems quite nice.

The hotel doesn't even deserve one star! It is a garbage where the rooms do not contain paper towels and there is no one to help you carry your luggage to the room, in addition to the reception staff who do not have any norms or respect towards the hotel guests. He talks to you with his eyes on hismobile phone and does not pay any attention to the customer! My advice is don't get to this miserable place. STAY AWAY!

Location way too far from the city. After a long day out all I wanted a room with working AC. My first day the room they gave me the AC wasn’t working so I complained and they changed the room. The 2nd room I went I thought AC was working but woke up in the middle of the night sweating. Next day complained again and they said they will check which they didn’t. So I had a another sleep less night. Asked again to check the AC no answer. When I got upset at 11 o’clock they send someone to check and yes AC wasn’t working. So around 12 they wanted to change the room again so when I got upset the reception was very rude. So if I have to explain my situation I will tell everyone not to stay in this hotel.

When we entered the hotel, it was okay. However when we go upstairs to our room’s floor, there was a disgusting smell! The spa is like a biological hazard area. It is not clean, it smells awful, indoor pool is not clean. There are 3 elevators and one of them is not working. Totally a disaster! I am not happy at all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
