Terrific stay and value for the money. The room had modern amenities and an amazing view. Breakfast was generous and had good options. The staff were helpful and communication was easy. They arranged for the taxi transfer from the airport too. Had a fantastic few nights stay in the heart of Istanbul with Hanedan.

The Hanedan was a really good experience for me for a whole week. Service is really flexible and friendly (we even got our 16kg bag carried up to the 2nd floor on arrival). I would absolutely recommend this to anybody who has no extraordinary wish in a hotel room. We got a small fridge that served us fine during the hot week, the shower was okay (watch out for the floor tho, it can be really slippery, when it's wet and you step on it barefoot. Soundproofing was an issue since we got small children on the floor and parents brought them home around 1-2 am every day, the crying could wake us up, but otherwise everything was fine and very friendly. And the location is extraordinary: get to the Haghia Sophia in 5 minutes, or to the Topkapi palace in 3... Nothing can beat this for the price. Public transportation from IST to the Handedan (for around 50 TRY): - buy Istanbulkart from a machine for 50 TRY and load another 50 TRY on it at least) - take M11 (airport metro) to Kagithane; - walk a bit on the surface to catch M7 (follow the metro signs to it), travel to Mediciyeköy/Sisli; - here switch to M2 towards Yenikapi and travel to Vezneciler - go to the surface, find the Büyük Resitpasa street and walk down to the T1 tram. - travel 3 stations to Sultanahmet. It takes 6-8 minutes to walk to the Hanedan from here.

Our family had an awesome experience staying at the Hanedan hotel! We stayed at Hanedan eight days.Breakfast at the roof top was priceless! The friendly staff specially the lady keeps ready the breakfast, the helpful service, the cleanliness of the hotel room, lobby, and terrace eating area made it even more comfortable for my family. We felt like we are at our home . We highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again soon..

One of the best hotel i have ever stayed! Very nice and cosy rooms with free and good Wi-Fi.The view from the hotel rooftop is breathtaking,we have sea in the front and Aya Sofia at the back😍 Guys working there are extremely nice and helpful! No language barrier they speak very good English.Ask them anything and they will help you everything! Location of this hotel is sooo good So many restaurants as soon as you get off the hotel and Aya Sofia is 3min walk. There is no transportation problem whatsoever literally taxis and buses everywhere. I know where I'll be staying next time I am in Istanbul

Accommodation in a very good location. Breakfast can be enjoyed from the rooftop terrace with great views. The reception is very helpful. special thanks to Mevlan for all the help and helpful advice. The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. There were no complaints about cleanliness. I spent a pleasant 4 days in the city. The main attractions are within walking distance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
