This hotel is certainly not a 4* hotel like advertised. It can't be more than 3 at the max. Bathtubs are in a deplorable state. You can hear your neighbors as if they were next to you especially in the bathroom. And what's even weirder is that the bathrooms of adjacent rooms are connected from the ceiling somehow! My neighbor was smoking a cigarette in the bathroom and the smell filled my room. The breakfast is always the same, and it doesn't taste good. No choices. Always salad, carrots, eggs, coffee that is 99% water, milk always missing, some cereal, bread, honey, jam, and soup. That's it. The personnel is very nice and friendly though.

The room is old and shabby, but the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is simple but clean. Breakfast was not a big choice, but it was enough. The courtyard is better not to look out and something was humming loudly outside. Also the room was constantly ventilated which was loud at night and a bit disturbing. The location of the hotel is very good with easy access to all attractions.

Staff excellent, polite and helpful. Room okay but very noisy for old people. Probably it was due to construction work. Definitely will stay again. Location very good, excisable to most of the historic places. In 7 days never used any transport but walk every where. Overall no complaint.

Staying for 9 night with whole family 1) No kettle in the room, so if you have baby for making some food or need coffe or tea you better choose other hotel 2) No complimentary drinking water, just consider it as additional expense on your travelling budget 3) Old furniture, bad sound proofing, i can hear other room customer farting or vice versa. AC cant be controlled. 4) same breakfast everyday , boiling eggs, and salad + breads. 5) near to tram station aksaray, 5 mins walk 6)walking distance 20 minutes to agya sophia 7) near to bus station, 5 mins walk

It's very good hotel, in the best location, so convenient to use public transport, staff was very nice and welcoming, the room was very clean and cozy,but wifi was not good enough, breakfast was amazing and I liked the coffee so much , after all i suggest this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Istanbul

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
