        The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Especially the receptionists. We were welcomed by two male staff (sorry I forgot their names) who were very nice and helpful with any questions we had. They were nicer and friendlier than most 3-star or 4-star hotels we visited in Europe, although this place is only 2-stars. The rooms are nice and clean, and the bathroom is very interesting. Location is convenient as it is close to Sao Bento station and right in front of the tour bus stop. The breakfast is alright, and the staff there are also friendly. Overall, we had a very positive experience and I would absolutely recommend this place.

        The main reason why I'm giving a five stars because I had an amazing experience with the customer service. The two front desk people that I met were super helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied and if we ever had any questions through our stay we could definitely ask them and they're always from to help their name we're Vinicius e Davi, Porto is an amazing City that we can't wait to go back again. The location of the hotel was very helpful and we strongly recommend people getting the Red Bus package it's $35 per person for 2 days which was recommended by the hotel crew. However on the downside unfortunately the bed are extremely uncomfortable they could buy new mattresses especially those memory foam mattress they cost around $250 euros and they probably can get even a better price by being a business and buying a lot of them. But the bad was extremely stiff and very hard also we did have problems with the TV remotes that was not working and that's not because of a battery or anything like that it was more because the TV had an issue itself. Nothing major but it was annoying that you have to be close to the TV in order to even adjust the volume. The room does not have a closet and does not have a safe so if that's very important to you unfortunately the rooms are small and it is what you get paid for it but definitely they could improve this day by getting new mattresses the mattress was a deal breaker for us. But overall it was a great experience thanks to the great front desk crew and the breakfast people. If you like this view please give us a thumbs up

        The staff & the reception was so kind & helpful. They answered our emails really fast and the reception is working 24/7! The breakfast was really okey with options like bread, toast, sweets & coffee. The room was good but the mattress & the pillows were so uncomfortable.

        The hotel is in a very good location in the city center, but still a few meters away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The price is very good considering the location.
