        Wouldn’t recommend. On the day of our stay we were informed that there was an issue with the apartment we had booked, however we could be relocated to another, cheaper, less fancy apartment instead and would be refunded 50% for our inconvenience. We agreed and upon arrival noticed the bedsheets and bedroom had stains and felt a little dirty however proceeded with our night as planned. It’s been over a month since our stay and we have still not received our refund and are being blanked by the company. We emailed their director who said she would look into it however she is still yet to respond. Disappointing.

        DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! We stayed here 5 couples for my friends 30th in December. They moved us last minute into a worse apartment. They said they would give us a 50% refund as the apartment they moved us to was awful compared to the one we paid for and there were stains on the bedding. It's been nearly 6 weeks now and Ann Chambers in charge of iStay has ignored every single email and call from us since.

        🚨 Do not book with this company!!!!!🚨 We had a group booking for a friends 30th birthday in December & was informed on the day of our stay that there was an issue with the original apartment that we had booked. We were moved to a cheaper, lower quality apartment under the agreement that we would receive a 50% refund. Upon our arrival we quickly realised that the apartment was dirty and very run down. With this being such a last minute curveball, and us not wanting to ruin our friends birthday celebrations, we continued with our night. We couldn’t get out of the apartment quick enough the next morning & left as early as we could. Now a month on we still have not received our 50% refund as promised by the director of the company who is now totally ignoring all emails & calls.

        DO NOT RECOMMEND! The ceiling of our apartment leaked really bad in the night when we was there. They made us drag our mattresses to another room we also booked. No apology. Asked for some money back regarding the disaster. Been ignored after trying to speak to a member of staff. Emails ignored. Calls ignored. Very unhappy! DO NOT BOOK!!

        Lovely apartment with all mod cons. Plenty of room for up to 6 people. Kitchen included. Well worth the money paid.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
