        IMPORTANT FOR ALL PRESENT/FUTURE CUSTOMERS OF THIS STORE - TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT: Complaint: I would not have given a star but without giving at least one star I cannot publish the review. The way they behaved with me in Florence, the shop doesn't deserve a star. Since no one from the company bothered to answer me, I decided to create this post because I think it could be useful for all current or future customers of this company. In August, precisely on the 24th, I bought a pair of LEATHER boots (excellent quality) as was confirmed to me by the sales assistant, at the Lolita shop located in Florence in front of the Duomo. I got them on promotion for €35 (original price €165!!). After two weeks, in which I didn't wear them every day, the seam of the left boot opened. Since the boot cannot be sewn together, as my shoemaker told me, I went to the shop, brought the boots and informed the sales assistant or the shop manager about this. After photographing the receipt and the boots he told me that he had no right to change my boots and that he had to inform the owner. Already there I realized that she was not very available and committed to finding a solution. After returning to the store three times, the sales assistant finally informed me via message that neither a refund nor an exchange of the boots was possible because I had gotten them on promotion. Even though I got the boots on promotion and for "only" €35 I would have expected different behaviour. There are shops that, even if you buy an item on promotion, you can exchange it. Boots worth €165 shouldn't break after two weeks and if that happens I expect availability and commitment from the shop, even to keep a customer. The sales assistant didn't want to give me the shop manager's hours or another contact so I could make another complaint. I was REALLY DISAPPOINTED and SICK. Furthermore, two other friends of mine also bought a pair of ballet flats, original price: €90 and they didn't like them.

However, if you are available, I am ready to tell you how things went in the Florence shop which is still part of LOLITA MILANO, I suppose. I have tried several times to speak with great courtesy and patience to your sales assistants. Among other things, I was never offered the repair service you mentioned. Furthermore, at the time of purchase I was not informed that there would be no guarantee for any problem. I have the utmost respect for everyone and I made the review true and not fake at all. If I had been contacted after my private message on FB I would not have felt forced to publish a true fact. I'm redoing my review from a few days ago by responding to the owner's comment. I don't sign with another name but the review started with my professional account. Here is my review with MY NAME which among other things you can find the review on the LOLITA MILANO Facebook site.         Very satisfied! This morning I bought a pair of boots and a pair of excellent quality and very comfortable ballet flats. The new girl who served me was very kind and took care of me, advising me until the final choice... I will definitely return! I recommend you go, it's a small and very welcoming shop.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
